Requests can be made using our On-line repeat ordering service via the link at the top of this page. If you are not registered for this service please contact the surgery to request a simple one-off registration form. We will need to verify your identity for data protection. Please provide valid photographic ID and separate proof of address (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months - a driving licence is not acceptable as proof of address).
Requests can also be made using the repeat slip attached to your prescription or in writing stating your name, date of birth and items required.
We are not a dispensing practice and we do not accept requests by telephone.
For prescriptions requested and collected from Bridge Medical Centre please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Please also allow an extra 24 hours from when the prescription is released from the surgery before expecting it to be dispensed and ready for collection if the prescription is being forwarded to the pharmacy.
Electronic Prescribing Service
This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up.

Repeat medication requires regular monitoring and our Clinical Pharmacist will provide medication reviews by booked consultations only.
Please book your medication review about 1 to 2 weeks before you are due to run out of medication.
